A RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT'"
AND ESTIMATED COST FOR THE WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROGRAM—
PHASE 2 IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
WHEREAS, on the 121h day of January, 2011, plans specifications, form of contract, and
estimated cost were filed with the City CIerk/Treasurer of Fairfax, Iowa, for the Water Main
Replacement Program—Phase 2 Improvements Project; and
WHEREAS, notice of hearing on plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated
cost was published as required by law; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, held a public hearing on the
plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated cost for the Water Main Replacement
Program—Phase 2 Improvements Project on January 25, 2011..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said plans, specifications, form of
contract, and estimated cost are hereby approved as the plans„ specifications, form of contract,
and estimated cost for said project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Resolution.
