A RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT
AND ESTIMATED COST FOR THE FAIRFAX CITY PARK AND ATHLETIC FIELDS
COMPLEX SITE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of February, 2012, plans specifications, form of contract,
and estimated cost were filed with the City Clerk/Treasurer of Fairfax, Iowa, for the Fairfax City
Park and Athletic Fields Complex Site Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, notice of hearing on plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated
cost was published as required by law; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, held a public hearing on the
plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated cost for the Fairfax City Park and Athletic
Fields Complex Site Improvement Project on March 13, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said plans, specifications, form of
contract, and estimated cost are hereby approved as the plans, specifications, form of contract,
and estimated cost for said project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Resolution.
