RESOLUTION APPROVING WAGES FOR CITY EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, during the July 10, 2012 city council meeting,the City Council reviewed employee
evaluations, current wage rates, and established wage ranges for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012;
and
WHEREAS, the Fairfax Library Board of Trustees met on May 3, 2011 and set the wages for
the library staff beginning on July 1, 2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the wages were set for each employee as follows:
Ron Dusil, Maintenance Il $26.22 per hour, effective July 1, 2012
Jeff Ammeter, Water/Wastewater $23.85 per hour, effective July 1, 2012
Dave Yanecek, Maintenance 1 $21.74 per hour, effective July 1, 2012
Cynthia Stimson, City Clerk/Treasurer $23.24 per hour, effective July 1, 2012
Lynn Miller, Maintenance I $21.74 per hour, effective July 1, 2012
Kathy Everett, Deputy City Clerk $15.00 per hour, effective July 1, 2012
Cathy Bayne, Library Director $17.45 per hour, effective July 1, 2011
Beth Wilz, Librarian Assistant $11.51 per hour, effective July 1, 2011
Loralei Pleiness, Librarian Assistant $10.00 per hour, effective July 1, 2011
Lynette Upchurch, Custodian $10.00 per hour, effective June 14, 2012
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the
Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
Passed and approve this 10"' day of July, 2012.
AYES: Beer, Frieden, Otto, and Magers.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Wainwright.
