RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 11 FROM
SEYDEL CONSTRUCTION FOR THE FAIRFAX PARK BUILDING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has contracted with Seydel
Construction for the Fairfax Park Building Project, within the corporate limits; and
WHEREAS, Design Dynamics, Inc., has recommended approval of Change
Order No. 11 from Seydel Construction. The current contract amount is $325,445.42.
This Change Order No. 11 is making the following listed change in the contract for an
increase of $341.54. The final revised contract amount with Change Order No 11 is
$325,786.96.
The following changes are:
• Change in power supply from bid documents to required supply from field
electrician.
Cost of Change:
Lisbon Electric $325.28
OH& P 16.26
Total Addition Requested $341.54

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, to approve Change Order No. 11 from Seydel Construction for the Fairfax
Park Building Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Fairfax City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized
and directed to execute said resolution.
