• RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 13 FROM
SEYDEL CONSTRUCTION FOR THE FAIRFAX PARK BUILDING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has contracted with Seydel
Construction for the Fairfax Park Building Project, within the corporate limits; and
WHEREAS, Design Dynamics, Inc., has recommended approval of Change
Order No. 13 from Seydel Construction. The current contract amount is $326,163.91.
This change is an addition of$562.27. The final revised contract amount with Change
Order No 13 is $326,726.18.
The following changes are:
• Added in-fill at sidewalk due to relocation of walk by others.
Cost of Change:
Tyler Rogers Construction $535.50
OH&P 26.77
Total Addition Requested $562.27
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
• Fairfax, Iowa, to approve Change Order No. 13 from Seydel Construction for the Fairfax
Park Building Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Fairfax City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized
and directed to execute said resolution.
