RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FAIRFAX PLAYGROUND PAD IN THE FAIRFAX
CITY PARK AND ATHLETIC FIELD COMPLEX
WHEREAS, the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has contracted with Dave Schmitt
Construction Co. Inc. for the playground pad in the Fairfax City Park and Athletic Field
Complex, within the corporate limits; and
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc. has certified that said playground pad has
now been completed in substantial compliance with the plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the playground pad in the Fairfax City Park and Athletic Field Complex, constructed
by Dave Schmitt Construction Co. Inc., is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute this Resolution.
