• RESOLUTION TO APPROVE PAY APPLICATION NO. 6 FROM
SEYDEL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY,INC.
FOR THE FAIRFAX BUILDING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has contracted with Seydel
Construction Company, Inc. for the Fairfax Building Improvement Project, within the
corporate limits; and
WHEREAS, Design Dynamics, Inc., has recommended approval of Pay
Application No. 6 from Seydel Construction Company, Inc. for a current payment due of
$3,623.20.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, to approve Pay Application No. 6 Seydel Construction Company, Inc. for
the Fairfax Building Improvement Project and issue a check for$3,623.20.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Fairfax City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and
directed to execute said resolution.
