RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PHASE III WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT,
WATER MAIN AND SANITARY SEWER SERVICE EXTENSIONS,AND GRANULAR
PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has contracted with Dave Schmitt
Construction Co. Inc. for the Phase III Water Main Replacement, Water Main and Sanitary
Sewer Service Extensions, and Granular Parking Lot Improvements, within the corporate limits;
and
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc. has certified that said project has now been
completed in substantial compliance with the plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the Phase III Water Main Replacement, Water Main and Sanitary Sewer Service
Extensions, and Granular Parking Lot Improvements, constructed by Dave Schmitt Construction
Co. Inc., is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute this Resolution.
