A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, has contracted and bonded
for the Phase II Water Main Replacement Project; and
WHEREAS, some expenses incurred before the bond was sold were charged to other
funds; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, wishes to have all of the
Phase II Water Main Replacement Project expenses be paid from that project's bond proceeds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the city clerk/treasurer is directed to make these transfers.
a. From Phase II Checking to the Regular Water Checking: $5,443.00
b. From Phase II Checking to the Sewer Checking: 6,112.01
c. From Phase II Checking to the LOST Checking: 5,767.49
Total transfers: $17,322.50
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby
authorized and directed to execute said resolution.
