RESOLUTION NO. 2013-05
A RESOLUTION TO ENTER INTO A CITY AND COUNTY PROJECT AGREEMENT
FOR FAIRFAX BRIDGE INSPECTION
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax is required to have the bridge on West Cemetery Road
inspected; and
WHEREAS, Linn County has drafted and is proposing the City of Fairfax enter into a
City and County Project Agreement for Fairfax Bridge Inspection; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax wishes to have Linn County perform the bridge
inspection as required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Fairfax agrees to enter into
28E, City and County Project Agreement for Fairfax Bridge Inspection.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to certify this resolution of approval and the Mayor
and City Clerk are authorized to sign the 28E, City and County Project Agreement for Fairfax
Bridge Inspection.
