RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE ATHLETIC FIELDS, SOUTHEAST PARKING LOT,
BATTING CAGE PAD,AND THE TRASH ENCLOSURE IN THE FAIRFAX CITY
PARK AND ATHLETIC FIELD COMPLEX
WHEREAS, the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has contracted with Dave Schmitt
Construction Co. Inc. for the Athletic Fields, Southeast Parking Lot, Batting Cage Pad, and the
Trash Enclosure in the Fairfax City Park and Athletic Field Complex, within the corporate limits;
and
WHEREAS, Hall and Fla]] Engineers, Inc, has certified that said Athletic Fields,
Southeast Parking Lot, Batting Cage Pad, and the Trash Enclosure have now been completed in
substantial compliance with the plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the Athletic Fields, Southeast Parking Lot, Batting Cage Pad, and the Trash Enclosure
in the Fairfax City Park and Athletic Field Complex, constructed by Dave Schmitt Construction
Co. Inc., is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Mayor and.City Clerk,,are hereby auth(,'nized and directed to execute this Resolution.
