RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE FINAL PLAT FOR
VLCKO 1sT ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX, LINN COUNTY, IOWA
WHEREAS, a Final Plat for Vlcko I" Addition to the City of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa has been
submitted to the City of Fairfax from Stephen S. Vlcko and Brain Engineering, Inc. with owners listed as
James C. Bayne and Catherine Dawn J. Bayne and Stephen S. Vlcko and Angelia S. Vlcko; and
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc. has reviewed said Final Plat for Vlcko 1st Addition to the
City of Fairfax, Linn County Iowa, dated June 5, 2013, and has recommended approval of this Final Plat
with the following condition:
1. Submittal to the City of Fairfax Utility Sign -offs from each private utility company servicing
this area that indicates that they have reviewed this plat and its easements and approve of it. If any
additional easements are required by these utilities, then the owner/developer shall be responsible to
acquire and dedicate all necessary easements.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Final Plat of Vleko 1st Addition to the City of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa, is hereby acknowledged and
approved on the part of the City of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa, with the following condition:
1. Submittal to the City of Fairfax Utility Sign -offs from each private utility company servicing
this area that indicates that they have reviewed this plat and its easements and approve of it. If any
additional easements are required by these utilities, then the owner/developer shall be responsible to
acquire and dedicate all necessary easements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
