RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE PLAT OF SURVEY NO. 1852 TO LINN
COUNTY, IOWA
WHEREAS, a Plat of Survey No. 1852, to Linn County, Iowa, to combine Lot 7 of Prairie Creek
Estates Sixth Addition and the 20 feet just north of said Lot 7 (Park of Parcel B, POS No. 888), has been
filed with the City of Fairfax; and
WHEREAS, this Plat of Survey No. 1852 is not required to be presented to the Fairfax Planning and
Zoning Commission; and
WHEREAS, City Engineer Shane Wicks, has reviewed this Plat of Survey No. 1852 to Linn County,
Iowa and has submitted his letter of review dated July 3, 2013, which recommends approval of this Plat of
Survey No. 1852.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Plat of Survey No 1852 to Linn County, Iowa, is hereby acknowledged and approved on the part of the
City of Fairfax, Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
