RESOLUTION TO APPROVE T'11E FINAL PLAT FOR
J. STALLMAN ESTATES TO THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX, LINK COUNTY, IOWA
WHEREAS, a Final Plat for J. Stallman Estates to the City of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa has been
submitted to the City of Fairfax from Jacqueline Stallman; and
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc. has reviewed said Final Plat for J. Stallman Estates to the
City of Fairfax, Linn County Iowa, dated April 24, 2013, and has recon-u-nended approval of this Final Plat.
NOW, TI IE RE,FORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Final Plat of J. Stallman Estates to the City of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa, is hereby acknowledged and
approved on the part of the City of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,, by the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
