RESOLUTION APPROVING WAGES FOR CITY EMPLOYEES
I
WHEREAS, during the August 13, 2013 city council meeting,the City Council reviewed
employee evaluations, current wage rates, and established wage ranges for the fiscal year beginning July
1, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the Fairfax Library Board of Trustees met on June 4, 2013, and set the wages for
the library staff beginning on July 1, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,the wages were set for each employee as follows:
Ron Dusil, Maintenance 11 $26.95 per hoar,effective July 'l, 2013
Jeff Ammeter, Water/Wastewater $24.52 per hour, effective July 1, 2013
Dave Yanecek, Maintenance I $22.35 per hour, effective July 1, 2013
Cynthia Stimson, City Clerk/Treasurer $23.89 per hour, effective July 1, 2013
Lynn Miller, Maintenance I $22.35 per hoar, effective July 1, 2013
Kathy Everett, Deputy City Clerk $15.42 per hour, effective July 1, 2013
William Barry, Part-time Seasonal $12.00 per hour, effective April 4, 2013
Cathy Bayne, Library Director $18.97 per hour, effective July 1, 2013
Beth Wilz, Librarian Assistant $12.52 per hour, effective July 1, 2013
Joel Barnhart, Librarian Assistant $10.87 per hour, effective July 1, 2013
Lynette'CJpchurc:h, Custodian $:1.0.35 per, hour, effective July 1, 2013
R. Cheryl:Koonts $10.00 per hour, effective July 9, 2013

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the
Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
