RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE FINAL PLAT FOR
SOBASKI'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, LINN COUNTY, IOWA
WHEREAS, a Final Plat for Sobaski's Addition to the City of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa has been
submitted to the City of Fairfax from Sobaski Real Estate, L.L.C., Zach Sobaski; and
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc. has reviewed said Final Plat for Sobaski's Addition to the
City of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa, dated April 26, 2013, and has recommended approval of this Final Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Final Plat of Sobaski's Addition to the City of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa, is hereby acknowledged and
approved on the part of the City of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
