RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE FINAL PLAT FOR
ISABEL FIRST ADDITION TO LINN COUNTY, IOWA
WHEREAS, a Final Plat for Isabel First Addition to Linn County, Iowa has been submitted to the
City of Fairfax from Douglas M. Schrader; and
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc. has reviewed said Final Plat for Isabel First Addition to
Linn County, Iowa, dated September 5�,2013, and has recommended approval of this Final Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Final Plat of Isabel First Addition, to Linn County, Iowa, is hereby acknowledged and, approved on the
part of the City of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,by the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
