RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FAIRFAX CITY PARK AND
ATHLETIC FIELDS COMPLEX
WHEREAS, the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has contracted with Dave Schmitt
Construction Co. Inc. for the Fairfax City Park and Athletic Fields Complex, within the
corporate limits; and
WHEREAS, Hall and Mall Engineers, Inc. has certified that said project has now been
completed in substantial compliance with the plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the Fairfax City Park. and Athletic Fields Complex, constructed by Dave Schmitt
Construction Co. Inc., is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute this Resolution.
