RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC.,' 11EAR.ING CONCERNING ADOPTING AN
UPDATED ?BONING MAP FOR THE CITY OF FAIRFAX
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax has a current Zoning Map that has been approved by the
Fairfax Planning and Zoning and the Fairfax City Council; and.
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax asked Hall and Hall Engineers to update the Zoning
Map with address corrections and the zoning changes since the Wrap's last adoption date; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax is required to hold a hearing concerning adopting an
updated Zoning Map; and
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the public hearing concerning adopting
an updated Zoning Map shall be held at the city council meeting on.Tuesday, January 14, 2014,
at 7:00 PM at the Fairfax City Hall at 525 Vanderbilt Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Mayor and City CIerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Resolution.
