Sullivan; and WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc. has reviewed said Plat of Survey No. 1887 and has recommended approval this Plat of Survey No. 1887. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Plat of Survey No. 1887 — Combining Lots 136 and 141 of Prairie View Heights, Phase ,rwo, is hereby acknowledged and approved on the part of the City of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and the City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution. Box 337 525 Vanderbilt Street Fairfax, lA 52228-0337 Re: Plat of Survey No. 1887—Combining Lots 136 and 141 of Prairie View Heights, Phase Two Honorable Mayor and City Council, Michael R. and Deborah A, Sullivan have submitted a plat of survey to combine Lots 136 and 1411 of Prairie View Heights, Phase Two. The new parcel shall be known as Parcel A, Plat of Survey No. 1887. 1 have completed my review of the above referenced plat of survey, and this new lot, Parcel A, appears to be in general conformance with the existing area, the proposed zoning for this property, and the Code of Ordinances for the City of Fairfax.
