A RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT,
AND ESTIMATED COST FOR THE PHASE 2 EAST CEMETERY ROAD STREET
RECONSTRUCTION,TRAIL,AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of January, 2014, plans specifications, form of contract,
and estimated cost were filed with the City Clerk/Treasurer of Fairfax, Iowa, for the Phase 2 cast
Cemetery Road Street Reconstruction, Trail, and Drainage Improvements Project; and
WHEREAS, notice of hearing can plans, specifications, form of contract, and, estimated
cost was published.as:required by law; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, held a public hearing on the
plans specifications, form of contract, and estimated cost were filed with the City
Clerk/Treasurer of Fairfax, Iowa., for the Phase 2 east Cemetery Road Street Reconstruction,
Trail, and Drainage Improvements Project on February 11, 2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED, that the said plans, specifications, form Of
contract, and estimated cost are hereby approved as the plans, specifications, form of contract,
and estimated cost for said prgject.
RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Resolution.
