RESOLUTION TOAPPROVE THE FINAL PLAT FOR AR' HOMESTEAD
ADDITION INTHE CITY OF FAIRFA , LINN COUNTY, IOWA
WHEREAS, a Final Plat for Arp Homestead Addition in the City of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa by
Regis and Barbara Arp; and
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc. has reviewed said Final Plat and is recommending
approval; and
WHEREAS, the Fairfax City Council has indicated that the property would not need to be rezoned
because the current and proposed use are consistent with the current zoning.
NOW, THEREFORE BE ITRESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Final Plat for Arp Homestead Addition in the City of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
