RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARIMY CONCERNING ADOP'T'ING A REVISED
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR THE CITY OF FAIRFAX
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax has made revisions to the Official Zoning Map and
those revisions have been approved by the Fairfax Planning and Zoning and Fairfax City
Council; and
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc. has supplied a revised Official Zoning Map
with address corrections and the zoning changes since the map's last adoption date; and
WHEZZ.I+�AS, the City of Fairfax is required. to hold a hearing concerning adopting a.
revised. Official Zoning.Map; and.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the public hearing concerning adopting
a revised Official Zoning Map for the City of Fairfax, Iowa, shall be held at the city council
meeting on Tuesday,April S, 2014, at 7:00 PM at the Fairfax City Hall at 525 Vanderbilt Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that.
the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Resolution.
