HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTION NO. 2014-78 RESOLUTION NO. 2014-78 RESOLUTION APPROVING WAGES FOR CITY EMPLOYEES WHEREAS, during the August 12, 2014 city council meeting, the City Council reviewed employee evaluations, current wage rates, and established wage ranges for the fiscal year beginning July 1,2014; and WHEREAS,the Fairfax Library Board of Trustees met on June 3, 2014, and set the wages for the library staff beginning on July 1, 2014. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the wages were set for each,employee as follows: Lynn,Miller, Public Warks Supervisor $23.02 per hour, effective July 1, 2014 j Ron Dusil, Public Works 11 $27.76 per hour, effective July 1, 2014 Jeff Ammeter, Public Works 11-Certified $2526 per hour, effective July 1, 2014 Dave Yanecek, Public Works 11-Building $23.02 per hour, effective July 1, 2014 Cynthia Stimson, City Clerk/Treasurer $24.61 per hour, effective July 1, 2014 Kathy Everett, Deputy City Clerk $15.88 per hour, effective July 1, 2014 William Barry, Part-time Seasonal $12.36 per hour, effective July 1, 2014 Mary Blangy, Part:-time Janitor $12.36 per hour, effective July 1, 2014 Cathy Bayne, Library Director $19.54 per hour, effective July 1, 2014 Beth Wilz, Librarian Assistant $1:2.90 per hour, effective July 1, 2014 Joel Barnhart, Librarian,Assistant $11.20p°er hour, effective; Jul 2014 July .1., i R. Cheryl K.00nts, Librarian Assistant $10.30 per hour, effective July 1, 2014 Shannon Chapman, Library Janitor $10.30 per hour, effective July 1, 2014 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the city staff is hereby authorized to issue payroll checks and make all required supporting payroll payments as required per the personnel manual or required by law. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution. .Passed,and approved this 12"' day of August, 201.4.
