IN THE CITY OF FAIRFA , LINN COUNTY, IOWA WHEREAS, a Plat of Survey No. 1942 has been submitted to the City of Fairfax from Bellon Africa Family Farms, L.C.; and WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Erngincers, Inc. has reviewed said Plat of Survey No. 1942 and has recommended approval this Plat of Survey No. 1942 with the following condition: That the Bellon Africa Family Farms, L.C. 'finalize the Private Utility Service Line Easement Agreement and the Private Access :Easement.Agreement and record these documents with Plat of Survey No, 1942. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Plat of Survey No. 1942 located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 82 North, Range 8 West of the 5t'P.M. in the City of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa, is hereby acknowledged and approved on the part of the City of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa. This plat of survey is located along the inside curve of Highway 151,, just west of the City's property and the intersection with Williams Blvdl, The property is currently zoned AG —Agricultural. Other than removing an outbuilding as shown on the attached site exhibit, it is my understanding that there are no planus to alter or develop this site at this time. The site is consistent with the City's Zoning Ordinance for AG. Once the outbuilding is removed, the remaining buildings appear to comply with the setback requirements for the AG Zoning District. Access to Parcel `A' shall be accommodated with the attached (Draft Private Access Easement Agreement. I have completed my review of the above referenced) plat of survey and recommend the following condition as part of the City's acceptance of P.O.S. No 1942; CONDITIONS 1. That Bellon Africa Family Farms, L.C. finalize the Private utility Service Line Easement Agreement and the Private Access Easement Agreement and record these documents with Plat of Survey No. 1942.
