RESOLUTION TO APPROVE.. PA'S:'APPLICATION NO. I FROM
RAY'S EXCAVATING,LLC FOR STREAM CHANNEL FLOOD REPAIR
WORK
WHEREAS, the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has entered into an Agreement
with Ray's Excavating, LLC for stream channel flood repair work; and
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc., has recommended approval of Pay
Application No. 1 from ray's Excavating, LLC for $8,695.78.
NOW, T.I-IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, to approve Pay Application No. 1 from Ray's Excavating, LLC f`or stream
channel flood repair work and issue a check for $8,695.78,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Fairfax City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and
directed to execute said resolution.
