RESOLUTION TO APPROVE, CITY OF FAIRFAX'S
LONG TERM TRAILS PLAN
WHEREAS, the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa wishes to promote trails and
shared use paths; and
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc., has prepared a document showing the
City Council's plans for trails in Fairfax.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, to approve the City of Fairfax's Long Term Trails Plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Fairfax City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and
directed to execute said resolution.
Passed and approved this 14th day of October, 2014.
