RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENTS ON A PORTION OF
THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT LOT 148 OF PRAIRIE VIEW
ESTATES, PART TWO TO THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, LINN
COUNTY, IOWA IN CONNECTION WITH THE MEADOW OAK
ADDITION IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Schrader:Development, LLC, (herein after referred to as
GRANTOR) is owner of the real property known and described as follows:
Lot 148 of Prairie View Estates, Pact Two to the City of Fairfax,;Linn County,Iowa,
(herein after referred to as PROPERTY) and has constructed private and public
improvements on said PROPERTY in connection with the Meadow Oak Addition; and
WHEREAS, Hall &Hall Engineers has reviewed the approved improvement
plans for said Meadow Oak Addition and determined the need for the following
easements:
1. Private Access and Private Storm. Sewer Easement(To Be Privately
Owned and.Maintained) and.Public Sanitary Sewer,Public Water Main
and Public Utility Easement.
2. Public Sanitary Sewer and Public Water Main Easement; and
WHEREAS,the GRANTOR has agreed to convey the necessary easements on a
portion of their PROPERTY for consideration of$1.00 and other valuable considerations;
and
WHEREAS, Hall &Hall Engineers has reviewed said easements and
recommends the City accept the easements with the terms set forth within the easement
documents.
NOW, T1-]EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City (:council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, that the following easements be accepted and recorded in the Office of the
Linn County Recorder:
1. Private Access and Private Storm Sewer Easement(To Be Privately
Owned and Maintained) and Public Sanitary Sewer,Public Water Main
and Public Utility Easement.
2. Public Sanitary Sewer and Public Water Main Easement.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Fairfax City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby auth,oriaed and
directed to execute said resolution.
