RESOLUTION TO APPROVE TIIE ,FINAL PAY APPLICATION FROM
RA.VIS EXCAVATING, LLC FOR STREAM CHANNEL EL FLOOD REPAIR �
WORK
WHEREAS, the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has entered into an Agreement
with Ray's Excavating, LLC for stream channel flood repair work, and
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc., has recommended approval of the
Final Pay Application from ray's Excavating, LLC for $743.97.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, to approve the Final Pay Application, from Ray's Excavating, LLC for
stream channel flood repair work and issue a check.for $743.97.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Fairfax City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer .are hereby authorized and
directed to execute said resolution.
Passed and approved this 9th day of December, 2014.
