RESOLUTION ACCEPTING MAINTENANCE BONDS FOR THE
MEADOW OAK ADDITION, LOT 148 OF PRAIRIE VIEW
ESTATES, PART TWO TO THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, LINN
COUNTY, IOWA
WRE REAS, the City of Fairfax, Iowa has previously accepted the public
improvements within the Meadow Oak Addition, 'Lot 148 of Prairie View Estates, Part
Two to the City of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa with the condition the Developer provide
acceptable 4-year maintenance bonds for the public sanitary sewer and water main; and
WHEREAS, acceptable 4-year maintenance bonds: have been submitted to the
City for the public water main and sanitary sewer within said Meadow Oak Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, that the maintenance bonds for public sanitary sewer and water main for
Meadow Oak Addition, Lot 148 of Prairie View Estates, Part Two to the City of Fairfax,
Linn County,Iowa are hereby accepted,by the City of Fairfax.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, that the
Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
