RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
ZENISEK'S SECOND ADDITION TO LINN COUNTY, IOWA
WHEREAS, a Final Plat of Zenisek's Second Addition to Linn County, Iowa has been submitted to
the City of Fairfax for review because of the proximity of the property to the City of Fairfax's city limits;
and
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc. have stated that this final plat conforms to the City of
Fairfax requirements; and
WHEREAS, the Fairfax City Council has decided to take action to approve this final plat as
submitted.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Final Plat of Zenisek's Second Addition to Linn County, Iowa, is hereby acknowledged and approved on
the part of the City of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
