HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTION NO. 2015-63 RESOLUTION NO. 2015-63 'RESOLUTION APPROVING WAGES FOR CITY EMPLOYEES WHEREAS, during the June 25,2015, city council meeting,the City Council reviewed employee evaluations, current wage rates, and established wage for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015; and. WHEREAS,the City of Fairfax has hired two new employees since the last payroll resolution, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,the wages were set for each employee as follows: Lynn Miller, Public " ' rk Supervisor . 323.4.8.per hour, effective July_1,.201.5..... Ron Dusil, Public Works 11 $28.32 per hour, effective July 1, 2015 Dave 'Yanecek, Public Works 11-Building $23.48 per hour, effective July 1, 2015 Kevin Stensland, $34.00 per hour, effective July 31, 2015 Public Works II-Certified Water and Waste Water Brian Merta, Public Works Il $20.00 per hour, effective July 31, 2015 Cynthia Stimson, City Clerk/Treasurer $25.10 per hour, effective July 1, 2015 Kathy Everett, Deputy City Clerk $16.20 per hour, effective July 1, 2015 Suellina Koenes, Office assistant $14.50 per hour, effective June 29, 2015 William Barry, Part-time Seasonal $12.61 per hour, effective July 1, 2015 Mary Blangy, Part-time Janitor $12.61 per hour, effective July 1, 2015 Riley Hermanson, Part-time Seasonal $12.00 per hour, effective June 23, 2015 Cathy Bayne, Library Director $19.54 per hour, effective July 1, 2014 Beth Wilz, Librarian.Assistant $12.90 per hour, effective July 1, 2014 Joel Barnhart, Librarian Assistant $11.20 per hour, effective July 1, 2014 R. Cheryl Koonts, Librarian Assistant $10.30 per hour, effective July 1, 2014 Shannon Chapman, Library Janitor $10.30 per hour, effective July 1, 2014 Michael Sankot, Fire Chief $2,000 per year salary,plus $5.00 per call/training Fire Department Officers $100.00 per year salary, plus $5.00 per call/training Fire Department Members $5,00 per call/training BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the city staff is hereby authorized to issue payroll checks and make all required supporting payroll payments as required per the personnel manual or required by law. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
