RESOLUTION APPROVING--WAGES:ICOR CITY EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, during the June 25, 2015, city council meeting, the City Council reviewed employee
evaluations, current wage rates, and established wage for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015; and
WHEREAS,the City of Fairfax hired two new employees as of July 31, 2015; and
"WHEREAS,the Library Board of Trustees established wages for the library employees since the last
payroll resolution, during their meeting on August 4, 2015, and made the changes effective as of July 1, 2015.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the wages were set for each employee as follows:
Lynn Miller, public Works Supervisor $23,48 per hour, effective July 1, 2015
Ron Dusil, Public Works 11 $28.32 per hour, effective July 1, 2015
Dave Yanecek, Public Works 11-Building $23.48 per hour, effective July 1, 2015
Kevin Stensland, $34.00 per hour, effective July 31, 2015
Public Works I1-Certified Water and Waste Water
Brian Merta, Public Works 11 $20.00 per hour, effective July 31, 2015
Cynthia Stimson, City Clerk/Treasurer $25.10 per hour,, effective July 1, 2015
Kathy Everett, Deputy City Clerk $16.20 per hour, effective July 1, 2015
Suellina Koenes, Office Assistant $14.50 per hour, effective June 29, 2015
William.Barry, Part-time Seasonal $12.61 per hour, effective July 1, 2015
Mary Blangy,Part-time Janitor $12.61 per hour, effective July 1, 2015
Riley Hennanson, Part-time Seasonal $12,00 per hour, 01ective June 23, 2015
Cathy Bayne, Library Director $21.00 per hour, effective July 1, 2015
Beth Wilz, Librarian Assistant $15.00 per hour, effective July 1, 2015
Joel Barnhart,Librarian Assistant $13.50 per hour, effective July 1, 2015
R. Cheryl Koonts, Librarian Assistant $12.00 per hour, effective July 1, 2015
Shannon Chapman, Library Janitor $12.50 per hours effective July 1, 2015
Michael Sankot, Fire Chief $2,000 per yearr salary,plus $5.00 per call
Fire Department Officers $100.00 per year salary, plus $5.00 per call
Fire Department Members $5.00 per call
BE IT FURTHER�L ESOLVE'1J, that the city staff is hereby authorized to issue payroll checks and
make all required supporting payroll payments as required per the personnel manual or required by law.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and
City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said.Resolution.
