A RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, AND ESTIMATED COST FOR THE PHASE 4 WATER
MAIN REPLACEMENT AND VANDERBILT STREET PAVING
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, on the 28th day of July, 2015, plans specifications, form of contract, and
estimated cost were filed with the City Clerk/Treasurer of Fairfax, Iowa, for the Phase 4 Water
Main Replacement and Vanderbilt Street Paving Reconstruction Project; and
WHEREAS, notice of hearing on plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated
cost was published as required by law; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, held a public hearing on the
plans specifications, form of contract, and estimated cost for the Phase 4 Water Main
Replacement and Vanderbilt Street Paving Reconstruction Project on August 25, 2015.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said plans, specifications, form of
contract, and estimated cost are hereby approved as the plans, specifications, 'form of contract,
and estimated cost fear said project.
BE YT Y�vRTHE R RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Resolution.
