RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TTE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax has an operational transfer that is required to be made;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowva, wishes to make the needed)
transfer; and
WHEREAS,the city clerk/treasurer has submitted the following transfer needed.
Section 1. TIF to Debt Service Fund:
a. Transfer Order: $1,400.34 for the bonding attorney expenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, 113E IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax„
Iowa, that the city clerk/treasurer is directed to make these recommended transfer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby
authorized and directed to execute said resolution.
