RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PHASE 1 EAST CEMETERY ROAD
RECONSTRUCTION,DRAINAGE, STORM SEWER, WATER MAIN, AND SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has contracted with Ricklefs Excavating,
LTD for the Phase 1 East Cemetery Road Reconstruction, Drainage, Storm Sewer, Water Main,
and Sanitary Sewer Improvements prqject, within the corporate limits, and
WHEREAS,Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc. has certified that storm sewer, water main and
sanitary sewer improvements have now been completed in substantial compliance with the plans
and specifications, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,,
Iowa, that the Phase 1 East Cemetery.Road Reconstruction, Stonn Sewer, Drainage, Water Main, and.
Sanitary Sewer Improvements project,constructed by Ricklefs Excavating, LTD, is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that.
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute this Resolution.
Passed and approved this 1.3'h day of October, 2015.
