RESOLUTION TO APPROVIN, PAY APPLICATION NO. I FROM

DAVE SCHMITT CONS'T'RUCTION, CO. FOR THE ARAL'S ADDITION
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT IN THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, LINN
COUNTY, IOWA
WHEREAS,the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has contracted with Dave Schmitt
Construction Co. for the KaraI's Addition Drainage Improvements Project within the
corporate limits; and
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc., has reconnmended approval of Pay
y
Application No. 1 from Dave Sclunitt Construction Co. for a current payment due of
$100,542.06.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, to approve Pay Application No. 1 from Dave Schmitt Construction Co. for
the Karal's Addition Drainage Improvements Project and issue a check for $100,542.06.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Fairfax City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed
to execute said resolution.
