RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE FINAL PLAT FOR
PRAIRIE CREEK ESTATES SEVENTH ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX, LINN COUNTY, IOWA
WHEREAS,a Final Plat of Prairie Creek Estates Seventh Addition to the City of Fairfax,Linn.County,
Iowa, containing eleven (11) lots, numbered 1 through 11, has been filed with the City of Fairfax, Iowa and
after consideration of the same is found to be correct and in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the
State of Iowa, and the ordinances of the City of Fairfax, in relation to plats and additions to cities; and
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc. has reviewed said Final Plat of Prairie Geek. Estates
Seventh Addition to the City of Fairfax,Linn County,Iowa dated July 29,,2015 and has recommended approval
of this Final Plat with the -,ollowing conditions:
1. Access to lot 11 shall be restricted to Ridge View Drive.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the
Final Plat of Prairie Creek Estates Seventh Addition to the City of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa, is hereby
acknowledged and approved on the part of the City of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa with the following
conditions:
1. Access to lot 11 shall be restricted to Ridge View Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
