A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COMMERCIAL INSURANCE
COVERAGE FOR THE CITY OF FAIRFAX
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax needs to have commercial insurance coverage; and
WHEREAS, the Wilson-Hite Insurance, Inc. has presented a renewal for the City of
Fairfax's property, portable equipment, general liability, automobile, commercial umbrella,
worker's compensation, and fire department PAK insurance, for a current quote of$49,900.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa,that the City of Fairfax renews their commercial insurance coverages for: property,portable
equipment, general liability, automobile, commercial umbrella, worker's compensation, and the
fire department PAK with Wilson-Hite Insurance, Inc. per the quote of$49,900.00 submitted on
March 8, 2016.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby
authorized and directed to execute said resolution.
