RESOLUTION TO APPROVE PAY APPLICATION NO. 2 FROM
RATHJE CONSTRUCTION, CO. FOR THE PHASE 4 WATER MAIN AND
VANDERBILT PAVEMENT RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT IN THE CITY OF
FAIRFAX, LINN COUNTY, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has contracted with Rathje
Construction Co. for the Phase 4 Water Main and Vanderbilt Pavement Reconstruction
Project within the corporate limits; and
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc., has recommended approval of Pay
Application No. 2 from Rathje Construction Co. for a current payment due of$13,502.02.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, to approve Pay Application No. 2 from Rathje Construction Co. for the
Phase 4 Water Main and Vanderbilt Pavement Reconstruction Project and issue a check
for $13,502.02.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Fairfax City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed
to execute said resolution.
