A RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, AND ESTIMATED COST FOR THE 2016 801h STREET
WATER MAIN EXTENSION PROJECT
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of April, 2016, plans specifications, form of contract, and
estimated cost were filed with the City Clerk/Treasurer of Fairfax, Iowa, for the 80th Street Water
Main Extension Project; and
WHEREAS, notice of hearing on plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated
cost was published as required by law; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, held a public hearing on the
plans specifications, form of contract, and estimated cost for the 80t" Street Water Main Extension
Project on May 10, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said plans, specifications, form of
contract, and estimated cost are hereby approved as the plans, specifications, form of contract,and
estimated cost for said project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
