RESOLUTION TO APPROVE PARCEL A PLAT OF SURVEY NO. 2079
FOR PART OF LOT 1, JAMES KURTZ'S SECOND ADDITION
TO FAIRFAX, LINN COUNTY, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax has prepared a Plat of Survey No. 2079 for property owned by
CMF&S Investments, LC; and
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc. has recommended approval this Plat of Survey No. 2079,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa,that the
Plat of Survey No. 2079, is hereby acknowledged and approved on the part of the City of Fairfax,Linn County,
Iowa.
BE 1T FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
