RESOLUTION TO APPROVE PAY APPLICATION NO. 6 FROM
RATHJE CONSTRUCTION, CO. FOR THE PHASE 4 WATER MAIN AND
VANDERBILT PAVEMENT RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT IN THE CITY OF
FAIRFAX, LINN COUNTY,IOWA
WHEREAS, the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has contracted with Rathje
Construction Co. for the Phase 4 Water Main and Vanderbilt Pavement Reconstruction
Project within the corporate limits; and
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc., has recommended approval of Pay
Application No. 6 from. Rathje Construction Co. for a current payment due of$96,777.14.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, to approve Pay Application No. 6 from Rathje Construction Co. for the
Phase 4 Water Main and Vanderbilt Pavement Reconstruction Project and issue a check
for $96,777.14.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Fairfax City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed
to execute said resolution.
