FOR THE 2016 SANITARY SEWER INTERCEPTOR MAIN EXTENSION PROJECT IN THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, LINN COUNTY, IOWA WHEREAS, the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has contracted with Cornerstone Excavating, Inc. for the 2016 Sanitary Sewer Interceptor Main Extension Project within the corporate limits; and WHEREAS, Hall and. Hall Engineers, Inc., has recommended approval of Pay Application No. 3 from Cornerstone Excavating, Inc. for a current payment due of $121,057.32.. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, to approve Pay Application No. 3 from Cornerstone Excavating, Inc. for the 2016 Sanitary Sewer Interceptor Main Extension Project and issue a check for $121,057.32. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Fairfax City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said resolution.
