A REOLUTION APPROVING BUILDING PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that effective
November 10th, 2016 the following Building Permit Fee Schedule be used to determine fees for
building permits, using the total valuation of the project for which a permit is being sought.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor
