A RESOLUTION APPROVING MECHANICAL
PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that effective
]November 10th, 2016 the following Mechanical Permit Fee Schedule be used to determine fees
for mechanical permits, using total square footage for one and two family dwellings and total
valuation for all other occupancies.
