A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLUMBING PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE
BE IT 1tESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
effective November 1 Oth, 20 16 the following Plumbing Permit Fee Schedule be
used to determine fees for plumbing permits, using total square footage for one and
two family dwellings and total valuation for all other occupancies.

BE IT FUK.FHER RESOLVED, by -the City Council of Fairfax, lowa, that the Mayor
and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resoliftion.
