NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, to accept the Phase 4 Water Main Replacement and Vanderbilt Street Reconstruction Project. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Fairfax City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa,that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said resolution. The final payment application for this project pays all retainage, which is being released with this final payment application upon completion of the 30 day hold period. The final payment application also includes a Working Day Incentive payment of$750.00 (1.5 days @ $500.001 day). The amount of the final payment is $90,190.05.. The final contract amount for this project is $766,591.51 which includes all Change Orders (2 total)and the aforementionedincentive.
