A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE
PERSONNEL POLICY MANUAL
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax, Iowa desires to have a personnel policy manual which
explains their current policies and procedures; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax, Iowa, has drafted new safety programs and wishes to
incorporate these into the personnel policy; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax's employees desire to have a personnel policy manual to
inform them of such policies and procedures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Fairfax, Iowa, that they adopt a revised personnel policy manual which includes the new safety
programs; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,by the Fairfax City Council of the City of Fairfax,Iowa,
that the City Cleric is directed to distribute this manual to all employees and members of
management and the Mayor and City Cleric are hereby directed to certify this resolution of
approval.
