RESOLUTION REQUESTING CASH RENT BIDS TO LEASE
FARM GROUND FOR A CASH CROP
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax wishes to lease farm ground for a cash rent; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax wishes to solicit bids for the cash rent.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Fairfax will accept cash rent
bids for the 2018 and 2019 growing seasons until Wednesday, October 4, 2017, at 4:00 PM at the
Fairfax City Hall at 300 80"' Street Court.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Mayor and City Cleric/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution
and advertise to solicit bids.
Passed and approved this 12`x' day of September, 2017.
